Ideal Building Systems are proud of the working environment they have created. The welfare of our employees is front and foremost in our minds and with our current yearly staff turnover around 4 percent there is a running joke that no one leaves Ideal and its proving to be true.
We consider our employees health and safety, the environment they work in and wellbeing at all times when making company decisions. We actively encourage learning and further training with apprenticeships, college courses and various other training regularly offered to both office and factory employees alike. We like to laugh and have created a fun and friendly culture that fosters hard work and great relationships with our clients. We try to have regular events together which can range from a fish and chip van for lunch in the yard or trips to Beverley races! There are plans to extend and continuously improve our place of work, hopefully we have said enough to convince you to want to work with us!
We may not have any opportunities below but we are always happy to receive CV’s.
