External walls |
These are constructed using softwood
framing faced externally with WBP. Exterior grade plywood which
is glued and nailed to form a structural panel. The standard
external finish is a durable resin based textured coating in
Ideal's standard colours or to the client's own livery.
A glass fibre mat suspended in the cavity provides the thermal
insulation and the internal wall lining is a decorative vinyl
faced plasterboard. |

Options |
| Externally - Aggregate finish, plastic
coated steel with flat or shallow profile. |

Floor |
| The standard floor is constructed
from softwood joists at 400mm centres supported by the perimeter
side beams. A steel chassis is supplied as standard on the 3.6m
(12') wide units and is designed to withstand a superimposed
load of 3kN/m2. The floor is fully insulated and has a 15mm
WBP plywood deck glued and nailed to the joists with a 1.5mm
sheet vinyl floor covering fitted as standard. |

Floor Options |
| Increased floor loadings including
greater plywood thickness. Carpet in sheet or tile form, anti-static
carpet and polysafe non-slip finishes. |

Doors |
| External door frames are aluminium
with wool pile draught-strips. Exterior doors are 838 x 1981mm
solid core ply flush and hung on 3 steel butt hinges fitted
with mortice lock and SAA lever handles. Doors are finished
with a primer, undercoat and gloss paint. Panic bars, door closers
etc. can be factory fitted if required. |

Windows |
| The standard fixed and opening windows
are anodised aluminium framed units size 750mm x 1050mm, and
are neatly finished with an eggshell finished timber surround.
High level are opening and have obscure glass fitted to toilet
and changing room areas. |

coated aluminium, uPVC, hardwood. |

Electrics |
| The full electrical installation
is installed in the factory in accordance with the latest IEE
regulations complete with consumer unit and service inlet point.
Standard heating is provided by wall mounted convector heaters.
Lighting is surface fixed fluorescent tubes. |

Heating - Electrical slimline storage
heaters, dimplex oil filled radiators, gas heaters.
Lighting - Recesed spot and diffused anti-glare are available.

Roof |
| The roof construction uses a 9.5mm
WBP exterior grade plywood deck fixed to softwood joists at
400mm centres, profiled to shed rainwater into fall pipes and
is finished with a fully bonded single layer flexible roofing
system. Glass fibre mat laid between joists provides the required
insulation and a ceiling of 12.5mm white faced plasterboard
completes the structure. |

Plumbing |
| Complete plumbing and installations
to client's requirements are carried out within our factory
and comply with all current standards of practice. |
|
Siting |
| The telescopic jacklegs are made
from heavy duty box section steel, designed for ease of movement
to crane stack and site. The jacklegs transmit the full weight
of the unit to the ground. Concrete paving slabs are recommended.
Pad foundation sizes vary according to the unit's total weight
and the site ground conditions. |
